    Matt, co-owner of CrossFit Lactic, is a highly respected fitness expert specializing in gymnastics, with a coaching style focused on precise technique and form. His dedication to building a supportive fitness community and passion for inspiring clients to push beyond their limits make him the ideal coach.

  • Mark - Owner

    Meet Mark, co-owner, and founder of CrossFit Lactic! With over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry, he is a certified expert in fitness and weightlifting, holding Cert 3 and 4 in fitness, CrossFit Lv1 and Lv2 certifications, as well as an AWF Olympic weightlifting coach L1 certification. Mark's passion for fitness and creating a welcoming community, where individuals are encouraged to push their limits, sets him apart, and his focus on functional fitness and dynamic movement has helped clients achieve remarkable results, exemplified by his recent completion of a full Ironman.     Meet Amy, the fitness freak who likes running, power cleans, muscle-ups, and box jumps! With 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Amy has become a certified expert in weightlifting, gymnastics, and fitness. She holds an AWF Olympic weightlifting coach L1 certification, CrossFit gymnastics level 1 certification, as well as Cert 3+4 in fitness.

    Amy's passion for fitness and pushing her limits is what sets her apart. She believes that fitness is not just about looking good but feeling good from the inside out. Her love for a crazy dance mid-workout adds a fun and energetic vibe to her training sessions.

    Nalia's love for a good ol' cardio chipper workout is matched only by her love for squat snatching. She is always up for trying something new and is not afraid to push herself out of her comfort zone, even if she doesn't always do very well at it.

    Meet Prudence, a physiotherapist, fitness coach/personal trainer, and 10+ year survivor of CrossFit! With a plethora of associated qualifications, Prudence is a true expert in the fitness industry. She has been coaching and training for longer than most coaches have been alive!

    Prudence's love for a heavy squat clean is matched only by her dislike for running - she would much rather hit the weights than pound the pavement. As a proud X-Generation member, Prudence has a love for all things 80s/90s and enjoys telling all the young people how much better it was 'back then'.

    As a physiotherapist, Prudence brings a unique perspective to her coaching style. She understands how the body works and how to prevent injury while still pushing her clients to their limits. Her focus is on creating a safe and effective training plan that is tailored to her clients' individual needs and goals.
